By downloading, installing, or using ProxyGate ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
ProxyGate is a VPN proxy client application. The App allows you to route your device's network traffic through proxy servers that you configure. You are responsible for supplying your own proxy server credentials and configurations. ProxyGate does not provide, operate, or maintain any proxy servers.

ProxyGate offers optional premium subscriptions billed through Google Play. All subscription purchases are subject to Google Play's terms and billing policies. Refunds are handled per Google's refund policy. We do not process payments directly.
ProxyGate is provided "as-is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. The quality, speed, and reliability of your proxy connection depend entirely on the proxy provider you choose. We make no representations regarding the performance of any third-party proxy service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SSD Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be reflected within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
